site fees increases

    Is it true that the site fees go up every year? I’ve seen a lot of negativity towards villamar, almafra and raco because they are increasing the site fees next year. Which got me thinking…do the site fees go up every year and by how much? This could be a deal breaker for me as I don’t mind them going up if it’s within reason and they’re improving facilities but what guarantees are there that they won’t increase them to whatever they want?

    Friends say prices going up on Villamar in january but its the same every year. They don’t seem to have an issue with it.
