Hello Bruce, Site fees are approximate 5500 euros per year across the campsites. Villasol is 5200 euros and this is where I stay. Gas is by the bottle and currently 19 eiros a bottle. Electricity is on a metre, we pay around 35 euros per month. There’s lots of people in benidorm who do maintenance on caravans, theres generally 3 or 4 on each campsite that can help out. 25K might be pushing it for a decent one, but if you’re happy to get one that needs a bit of work doing, you’ll do OK. Keep a check on the websites and facebook pages and you might pick up a bargain. All the best with your search, Babs
